The gas cost is high at the moment that is complicating a lot transactions. Just like in any other ecosystem, it takes a long time to get noticed under normal circumstances. So unless a gallery signs up and supports with some marketing, the road from Rarible and such is a long one but there is a road if you’re willing to hang on for a longer period of time. This is important for getting sales of course. If you’d look at it as a complementary venue to other things then it should be less of a problem.
